Scholastic Tournament
US Chess Rated tournament for children in grades K-12th on Sundays, July 24 and August 28.

- Venue: SteelCraft 12900 S. Euclid St. Garden Grove, CA 92840
- Time: Round 1 at 9:30 (On-site registration: 8:30-9 am)
- Sections:
- K-6th grade Under 400
- K-6th grade Under 800
- K-12th grade OPEN
- Tournament results will be submitted to US Chess Federation. Therefore, a current US Chess Federation membership is required to play.
- Awards: Trophies for top 3 in each section
Chess Camp
Chess camps offer a week of learning and enjoying the game through lectures, puzzles, and over-the-board play. Students will have a continuous exercise of their mental skills and acuity through the game of chess. Topics covered will include the basics, openings and endings, pattern recognitions, tactics & strategy, and many more.
