Are you looking to find chess sparring partners in person? Look no further, the chess club offers open play on Thursday and Friday evenings from 6 pm to 9 pm. It is open to all ages and skill levels. Open play for casual games are held weekly unless otherwise noted. Please check our calendars for up-to-date schedules.
Details:
- $10 per person to play (complimentary for chess club members)
- The chess club is open for casual play on the following times:
- Thursdays 6 to 9 pm
- Fridays from 6 to 9 pm
- Players usually join in any time between those hours.
- Players are paired up randomly with different opponents.
- Pre-registration is not required. Walk-ins are welcome!
- Bring your own tournament sized chess sets and clock if available
- Chess club and US Chess Federation memberships are NOT required to play
