Lessons are a great way to learn the skills necessary to play a game of chess such as how to move the pieces, capturing, checking, and checkmating. Teaching methods include lectures, practice games, and working through chess puzzles.
Our chess club also offers chess camps and one-time introductory class (piece names and rules) for kids, high schooler, and adults.
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advance Group Lessons
Group classes are offered either monthly or quarterly sessions while private lessons are by appointment.

Introductory lessons are for those who are complete beginners or just finished learning about the pieces from friends and family. No prior experience is required.
